1. Once a contract is signed, can we change our event date?
    We accept changes in event dates, as long as the new date is available. There is no extra cost to you, but we cannot guarantee that the date you need to change to will be available. Dates are considered on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you know you'll need to change your event date after a contract is signed, please contact us immediately.
  2. Once a contract is signed, can we cancel?
    We understand that plans can change suddenly and without warning. If you have to cancel, we'll hold your deposit as credit toward a future event.
  3. When do you arrive?
    Rock Vegas Events is set up and ready to go usually with an hour to spare before the event begins. At times, if available for larger events, we set up the day or night before. Our job is to ensure that your event goes perfectly. We will do whatever it takes to make that happen.
  4. Can the DJ stay longer?
    We love being part of your special occasion, so of course we can stay! While we can not guarantee unlimited hours with you, we have never run into a problem staying late for an evening event. For daytime DJs, however, we may have a later event scheduled. Please consider booking us for the evening if you think your event may run long.
  5. Do you take special requests?
    Provided the song isn't on any black list provided by the client, we can download and play almost any request in a moment's notice.
  6. Do I need to provide the DJ a meal at my wedding reception?
    Of course not! We have been to enough weddings to understand how pricey your reception already is. However, if you are kind enough to provide us with a meal, we will gladly accept!
  7. When was Rock Vegas Events founded?
    I founded Rock Vegas Events late in 2013 after more than 15 years of experience in the bar and entertainment industry. I enjoy being a part of people's most important celebrations. This is the primary reason I started this business.

  8. What kind of equipment do you use?
    Rock Vegas Events uses only state-of-the-industry microphones, lights, speakers, and audio equipment. We are able to accommodate events of almost any size, but if for some reason we don not have the gear you are looking for, we will special order whatever is necessary to make sure your event goes exactly as you envisioned.
